EmbracedBaby is an independent retailer based in Northern Ireland, selling pre-owned, quality-checked baby carriers and related accessories.

2. Products & Descriptions
All products sold are pre-owned but have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned before sale.
We take care to ensure product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, but colours, packaging, or minor wear may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw items or update pricing at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the available payment methods shown at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of payment.
Delivery times are UK Standard estimates only and may vary depending on the buyer’s location within the United Kingdom.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days from delivery so we can investigate.
5. Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and packaged appropriately
- You must notify us within the 14-day window via email or our contact form
- Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Due to the sensitive hygiene nature of baby carriers, we kindly ask that items are not worn or used if you intend to return them. Once used, they may no longer be eligible for a refund due to hygiene considerations.

Your legal rights are fully protected across the United Kingdom.
In the very unlikely chance that an item you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@embracedbaby.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
